I have been a pediatrician for over 10 years. I knew I wanted to pursue medicine as a career from very early on growing up in North Carolina. I have always loved the science of medicine and getting to work with families every day. My approach to patient care is that the health of a child requires building health habits and lifestyles together! I love running and have completed nine half marathons so far, and counting. I also love cooking, visiting farmers markets, hiking—really anything outdoors!
